Project Coordinator Netherlands

Your role:

Contract Management: Management of land register inquiries, Contract management and support Development team with land acquisition efforts. Support with drafting and completion of exclusivity agreements, permitting documentation & formal correspondence with stakeholders. Support with obtaining SDE++-subsidies.

Document Filing and Scheduling: managing and organizing Document management for business development team, managing document retention, and creating and maintaining project schedules.

Supporting Projects: Serving as a central point of contact, facilitating communication, and providing administrative support for business development team NL. Assisting in marketing content creation, engaging with local stakeholders, and monitoring social media analytics for effective marketing strategies (SEO optimisation).

Project budget Planning support: Monitoring project budgets, ensuring timely financial control.

Department and Project Manager Support: Effective coordination & meeting organization.

 

Key Competencies:

Dynamic and results-driven professional with preferably experience in project management, administration, or legal support functions in the Netherlands.

Adept at optimizing processes, controlling budgets, and facilitating seamless project execution.

Skilled in maintaining project management tools and providing crucial support to business and Business development team.

Proven ability to handle diverse responsibilities, project coordination, from land register inquiries, contract management to scheduling and document filing.

A proactive and adaptable professional, committed to driving success through effective collaboration and continuous improvement. Known for meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving prowess, and a results-oriented approach.

 

What are we looking for in a new colleague?

Minimum MBO+/HBO work and thinking level (preferably within renewable project development).

You enthuse and are energetic, social, stress-resistant, and very accurate.

You have at least 1-3 years of work experience in a similar position.

Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
