Chint Solar is a leading company in the development, financing, implementation, and operation of solar parks. Your Tasks:

• Researching current investment-relevant market regulations for renewable energy in various European countries.
• Developing and maintaining financial models and analyses to support the investment team.
• Contributing to the evaluation of investment opportunities.
• Supporting the analysis of financial and market data to evaluate current and potential investments.
• Participating in various meetings related to purchase and sales processes, as well as preparing minutes of meetings (MoM).
• Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contacting potential investors and updating the investor database.
• Providing general administrative support to the team, including data management and documentation.
• Actively participating in an entrepreneurial, international, and dynamic team focused on making projects happen and adding real value to our transactions.

Your Profile:

• Currently pursuing a master’s (or bachelor’s) degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of financial analysis and capital market topics, with an interest in the investment sector (solid knowledge of company valuation).

• Initial experience with common financial instruments and methods as well as practical experience in investment banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions or transaction advisory services is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as confident use of Office 365 (VBA skills are desirable).
• Independent and precise work style with a proactive approach.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a plus).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
