Your Tasks:
- Researching current investment-relevant market regulations for renewable energy in various European countries.
- Developing and maintaining financial models and analyses to support the investment team.
- Contributing to the evaluation of investment opportunities.
- Supporting the analysis of financial and market data to evaluate current and potential investments.
- Participating in various meetings related to purchase and sales processes, as well as preparing minutes of meetings (MoM).
- Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Contacting potential investors and updating the investor database.
- Providing general administrative support to the team, including data management and documentation.
- Actively participating in an entrepreneurial, international, and dynamic team focused on making projects happen and adding real value to our transactions.
Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing a master’s (or bachelor’s) degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis and capital market topics, with an interest in the investment sector (solid knowledge of company valuation).
- Initial experience with common financial instruments and methods as well as practical experience in investment banking, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions or transaction advisory services is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as confident use of Office 365 (VBA skills are desirable).
- Independent and precise work style with a proactive approach.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy.
