Chint Solar and NewDev have completed the development and construction of Solar park Hechthausen in Lower Saxony, Germany. The project was connected to the grid in Q3 2024.
Solar park Hechthausen is located in the municipality of Hechthausen in Landkreis Cuxhaven, Lower Saxony. The more than 16,000 solar panels have an installed capacity of 10 MWp and can provide around 3,500 households with renewable energy. The project is located next to a railroad line and has successfully tendered for EEG-remuneration.
