Together with Solarpark KS-MV GmbH & Co. KG, Chint Solar developed a second agri-PV solar park in the municipality of Finkenthal, Germany. The project has a capacity of 5.3 MWp and supports the regional energy transition without interfering with the area’s use as a poultry run.
The PV modules are integrated into the poultry run and protect the animals from birds of prey, ensuring safe husbandry. The facility is expected to save approximately 2,350 tons of CO₂ annually.
